What better way to spend your Sunday morning than seeing luxury on real roads, outside your homes, than on TV? Today, a total of 80 hi-end vehicles, or as the organisers of Parx Super Car Show put it 'super cars', will be lined up at the Mahalakshmi Race Course. And in case you cannot make it to the venue, you can keep an eye out on the streets, because these vehicles will then be taken out for a spin. In the offing are Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Porsches, Bentleys, Rolls Royces, among others.

The Parx Super Car Show 2012, which is being organised by the Super Car Club (SCC), a member's only club, is in its fourth edition. While last year was a big enough success with over 50 super cars participating in the parade, this year, at least 80 such cars will be lined up.
According to a spokesperson, the cars will be on display at the Riding School, Mahalakshmi Race Course from 8.30 am onwards. At 10 am, the cars will be flagged off, before they re-assemble at the venue at 12.30 pm. To provide a flavour of these cars to Mumbaikars, the cars will follow a near-50 km route across the city, traveling through Worli Sea Face, Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Kalina and back to the display venue via Peddar Road. Midway, for better viewing, there will also be extended stopovers at Worli Sea Face and Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
Following successful shows in Delhi and Chennai, the SCC is reportedly planning to hold similar shows in Hyderabad and Bangalore to connect with super car owners in those cities.
