After almost a decade, the Harry Potter movie franchise has come to an end. And just like the characters in the book, the actors playing them in real life, have grown up.
Emma Watson (who played Hermoine Granger) started out as a geeky, bushy-haired girl in the movie, in 2001, but morphed into quite the stunner in the last instalment. Off-screen too, she has been turning heads on the red carpet by showing off her toned legs in dresses or donning a bikini on the beach. So what's the secret behind this 21-year-old actress' body? Sports.
Watson is a fan of hockey and feels it is a great workout. She also goes hill-walking to maintain those calves.
As for her eating habits, she says she is naturally thin and believes in eating what she likes to stay healthy.
Watson stays away from processed and junk foods, and opts for a healthy mix of fruits, vegetables and lean meats. She also maintains a diet that is low in sugars, salts and fats. The on-screen witch loves her bagels, chocolate and pasta, though. To cut down on fat, she goes to the gym for daily 90-minute gyms workouts and runs outdoors whenever possible.
