It's not just kids who refuse to listen to you but pets too. And based on several complaints received by pet parents, canine behaviourist and trainer Shirin Merchant has organised a two-day workshop to solve all your doggy troubles.
"Dogs suffer from various behavioural problems such as jumping on people, and some problems specific to urban cities such as attention-seeking behaviour since left alone at home, obesity due to lack of exercise and stress. We will be covering all these issues and more," says Merchant.
Merchant will also be teaching techniques such as leash walking, teaching the no command and plans to bust some myths such as dogs suffering from guilt and spite.u00a0The workshop is open to dog owners, dog lovers and those who are soon planning to include dogs in their families.
