Through his paintings, Bhaskar presents views of the ghats and the beaches of the north and south Konkan. Bhaskar used to do a mix of landscapes, but since his association with Art2Day he has started creating theme-based artworks.u00a0
The artist, who would make and sell calendars to support his education in his college days, believes in painting on-the-spot, as he finds it important to capture the light and shade, which can make or break an artwork.u00a0
Bhaskar's past exhibitions include Places in Pune City (2007), Forts of Maharashtra (2008), Rock-cut Caves in Maharashtra (2009) and Ancient Temples of Maharashtra (2010). u00a0The artist also plans on releasing a calendar based on his paintings.
