If you are a regular theatre-goer you have, most certainly, seen one or more plays produced by The Company Theatre. The group's theatre work includes plays like The Blue Mug, Numbers in the Dark, Noises Off, Lady with Lapdog, Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead, The Chairs, Richard III, Voices, Smell, Hair and many others.

The nearly 18-year-old group also manages production for Cinematograph's Hamletu00a0-- The Clown Prince. The Company Theatre's plays display a rare, honest commitment to theatre. That's perhaps why when Atul Kumar, director, The Company Theatre Workspace, sent out a mail asking the theatre and art-loving community to help build an International Residency for Theatre Research and Performance in the countryside of Maharashtra, everybody responded as best as they could.
Atul is looking for monetary help as well as help in kind. You can take a look at the details on their Facebook page. This one is a genuine initiative and the group has poured its heart into the project. Go ahead, help them make it through the last leg.
