Eat lots of ghee! It's a good substitute for cream... the minute it gets cold, I start craving ghee, so there must be something to it! Other than that, eat chocolate and do yoga -- it'll keep you happy!

Easiest way to lose five kilos?
Stress.

I really can't say no to chocolate or for that matter to anything that's sweet!

He has to beu00a0 chilled out, a traveler, and a friend.

Your typical workout routine?
I don't have one! I'm restless and pace constantly. Plus, I walk a lot and do yoga at least twice a week.
