Enjoy whisky paired with various delicacies at the Pune Marriott Hotel
Pune Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre will be hosting an evening of fine Whisky Tasting at its Whisky club tonight. The event will be hosted at the Bar 101 and will see Sandeep Arora, a qualified Whisky Brand Ambassador and Director of Spiritual Luxury Living (SLL).
The Hotel's Chef De Cuisine-Italian, Chef Christian Huber, will create succulent delicacies that go hand in hand with the whisky. "Whisky is an astoundingly complex beverage and lends itself to pairing with a variety of foods. From Sushi to stews, cheese to pickles, the range of food items that can be successfully matched with whisky can be surprising at times.
For this event some of the food that we will be pairing will be Smoked Salmon Tartar, Tagliolini with Smoked Tomato and Braised chicken,with different kinds of Whiskies," said Huber. Apart from the pairing, you can also interact with the connoisseurs and discuss what goes best with your palate.u00a0
