>>u00a0Dry skin: Use lavender, rose or sandalwood oil with lanolin free cream or lotion to prevent flaking, scaling or cracking of skin.
>>u00a0Muscle aches: Black pepper, ginger or marjoram oil can provide some relief. Use it in massage, bath or compress.
>>u00a0Aching feet: Add 10-12 drops of peppermint oil to warm water and dip your feet in it. Or else, mix the essential oil with olive oil and gently massage it on your feet.
