The music itself -- if anyone's still interested -- is forgettable in much the same way anything by Miley Cyrus usually is. Tracks like Hit the Lights and Outlaw try to sound grown-up, but may still appeal to tweens alone. Then again, that may be precisely the point of this whole exercise.
