After Xiaomi's Redmi 4, Redmi Note 4 and Redmi 4A smartphones became super hit devices in the Indian market, the mobile manufacturer is reportedly coming up with their successors very soon. If reports are to be believed, then the three successors, namely, Redmi 5, Redmi 5A and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 are expected to launch in refreshed looks.
All the three devices are tipped to sport full metal body. At the same time, they are expected to come with new camera and hardware features.

A new report revealed the specifications of Redmi 5, the successor of Redmi 4. According to reports, Redmi 5 will be powered by either Snapdragon 625 or Snapdragon 630. The device is said to have 3,680 mAh battery and Quick Charge 3.0. The device will either come with 3GB or 4GB RAM.
Redmi 5 is reportedly coming up with 13MP rear camera coupled with LED flash and 5MP front camera. Further, the samrtphone is expected to launch in different colours like, gold, rose gold, dark grey, and matte black.

The 3GB RAM variant of Redmi 5 will cost somewhere around Rs 10,442, while the 4GB RAM variant will cost around Rs 12,311.
