Entrepreneurs use businesses to create products and services that solve problems in innovative ways. Because businesses must earn a profit to survive, entrepreneurs don't have the luxury of being impractical. Their products and services must be functional, and they must be designed to be cost-effective and to appeal to enough people to make it viable to produce the products.
On the same line, Hardik Gothi launches YUZUH - a startup that aims to revolutionize procurement and logistics in the real estate industry. We look at the changes brought by new commercial business models, customer expectations and technologies about procurement and logistics in the real estate industry. The particular focus remains on how these changes affect traditional procurement and logistics methods in the real estate industry.
YUZUH,founded by Hardik Gothi and his co-founder Zuhaib Mohammed, which is a B2B model to deliver high-quality building materials at unbeatable prices, with easy and transparent processes via a technology-based platform. This start-up is an end-to-end IT-enabled solution that meets all procurement and logistics requirements for the real estate construction and infrastructure development industry. The YUZUH team worked closely with industry advocates in construction and manufacturing companies. By combining their diverse experiences, they have mastered the art of system purchasing on all scales for the construction and development industries.
YUZUH, as Hardik envisions, is an e-commerce platform for various kinds of building materials, such as cement, tiles, marble and more with over 250 products that are used in infrastructure projects and the construction industry. He believes it is time for Indian real estate - more organized after the pandemic, to become the new norm. YUZUH aims to introduce a technologically streamlined supply chain process that will completely redefine this sector. He and his team believes that they use a "format" that has a dynamic setup to re-align industry practices with technology and e-commerce to not only stimulate change but also disrupt traditional practices. The main goal is to make sourcing, procurement and logistics to the real estate, construction and infrastructure development industries as easy and convenient as possible.
