But last week, I ended up doing what I was afraid of as well as excited about. And as of now, I'm ashamed of myself. I slept with our maid and she thinks I'm in love with her because I said some stuff in the heat of the moment which I really don't mean. I want to put an end to this chapter. She has kept her mouth shut and it appears that she is waiting for my next move.

Good heavens! You have ‘maid' a terrible mistake. You can say that it was all done in the heat of the moment. But then it is just not done. The young girl will now feel you are in love with her and may be already hoping that she will be part of your life! Have you thought what your wife and son will feel about it? You have landed yourself in one big mess. You need to look for another help and tell her too to look elsewhere for a job. I really don't know how mature your wife is to accept the wrong you have done. Any woman will throw you out of the house. Also, hope the young nubile maid continues to keep her mouth shut. Remember she can accuse you of rape. Did this thought not cross your mind? Be prepared for this and make amends now.
