'I've fallen for a flirt on a social media site'

Dear Diana, I'm studying in an engineering college and quite active on Twitter. One of the many girls I follow seems to have drawn my attention more than anybody else.

The only trouble is she doesn't seem like a reliable person. Though she is charming and has a way with words, I don't fully trust her. She is prone to chatting and flirting with anyone on the timeline. I almost feel foolish to think of a future for us as I've learnt that she is from this city too. I'm planning to meet her very soon. Should I propose to her or should I just stick to formal internet friendship?

Dear Uzair,
You have created an image of this girl in your mind. But chances are that when you meet her she might just be the opposite of what you have imagined her to be. You say she is a flirt but what about you? You are the net Romeo eyeing every single movement of the girl. There is no harm meeting her as she is from the same city. But how can you even think of proposing to her? First you have to befriend her. You cannot go alone by her social media profile. So wait till you meet her in person and then decide the future course of action.
