London: Love at first sight is not the sole property of the young. As you age, you are more likely to believe in love at first sight, an interesting study reveals.

Those who are middle-aged are 46 percent more likely to believe in love at first sight than their younger 18-24 year-old counterparts, says a survey by DatingAdvice.com.
Men take a lead here. Sixty-one percent of men believe in love at first sight compared to only 53 percent of women.
According to the survey, done with 1,080 respondents, 67 percent of those aged 35-44 and 64 percent of those aged 45-54 believe in love at first sight.
"This is because those above 35 have more time to experience and evaluate the relationship and have greater clarity about what love means to them than those under 35," study's dating expert Rachel Drack said.
Only 50 percent of single people surveyed believed in love at first sight.
Sixty percent of divorced people and 61 percent of married people also believed in the same, Examiner reported.
