Dear Diana,
u00a0They keep encouraging me to find a girl for myself. They feel I am wasting my time being single. But watching my friends who are miserable in their marriage reaffirms my faith in being single for the rest of my life. Is it okay to be single and not ready to mingle?

Dear Ankeet,
Good heavens! You are only 26. I am sure there is someone there for you! Just because your friends are hitched does not mean that you, too, should be. Being single is a personal choice. There is no such rule that you have to get married. Humans seek company and as you grow old, it is good to have a companion. Do not be in a hurry to get hitched. Right now you are single so it is okay. Remember love happens, you might get attracted to someone. So never say never.
