And I have quite a few of them. I've had a decent childhood and no abuse took place. My parents are also nice to me. But I don't know how I became the sob story kind of person that I'm today. I just want to be normal like others.

Dear Shalini,
My dear girl, you are one sentimental fool. You belong to that class of people who feel by crying they get sympathy. You want attention and your way to get it is to sob. You feel the world is against you and so by getting teary-eyed, people will come to your rescue. And then you can relate to them your sob story and at most times I am sure it is imaginary. Self-help is the only way out for you. Stop seeking pity and being an insecure psycho. The only way out for you is to stop relating your sob story. Remember everyone has problems in life and they know how to tackle it by themselves. Look around do you find the others crying and relating their sob stories? The problem is you. Learn to tackle your problems. You need to stop feeling that the world and their cousins are against you. Get on with life with a changed attitude. You are here to do what you can - so get going. Let the tears remain for when you lose your dear ones.u00a0u00a0
