Dear Diana, I'm a 28-year-old guy in a serious relationship with a girl who is two years younger to me. We love each other and are planning to get married.

But there is something I haven't told her about my younger brother because he's suffering from AIDS though his treatments are going on. I always thought it would be better to keep him off the picture. I love him a lot and am taking care of him as well as his medical expenses but I haven't had the courage to let my girlfriend know the truth about him. I've managed to keep it from her for the past year. I don't know how to go ahead and reveal the facts to her.
