My guy only cares for his folks

But I feel he's keeping me as an option as he is so concerned about what his parents and siblings think about me. I don't know why I'm still sticking on with him. Should I just call it quits and move on? I think he only cares for his folks and not me.

You appear to be a psycho. You really need to get your head examined. Of course he will care about his parents and siblings, don't you care about your folks? So why blame him? It is not as if he does not care for you. Otherwise he would not stick around with you. Remember live and let live. If you are serious about him and plan to marry him, you will be part of his family.
