Fraud and asset recovery specialist Steven Philippsohn told a UK website that lawyers can apply for court orders for disclosure of private data without revealing it to the person in question, Metro.co.uk reported.

Philippsohn, who works for PCB Litigation, said people are now known to write to each other and about each other more than ever before in texts, emails, on social media, and they as lawyers can try to find evidence there.
