Girish Gogia became 90 per cent paralysed after a diving accident in Goa. Today, this Mumbai resident is a wheelchair user, but has never missed an opportunity to vote, being carried by a team of people to the poll booth
The best way to do this is by using our fundamental right to exercise our franchise. India will not see a brighter future until we discard our apathy towards our responsibility.

Cynics may scoff but the fact that our democracy is still alive is reason enough to believe that we are here for a collective purpose rewiring the global mind to achieve world peace, progress and positivity. We have to be fired with the zeal to play a part in this democracy instead of being fence-sitters.
We must listen to our âI am's. We are our âI am's, the fire we need to ignite in our gut. The moment we Indians say, I am a responsible citizen, I am a positive citizen, I am an open-minded and wise Indian, we start behaving that way.
Our actions mirror our thoughts. The Lok Sabha is the âLok' or the people, not those in power or aspirants, but those on the ground. We hold the key to this âLok'. Let's open it and change our fortunes.
If he can, why can't you? Vote!
