Coronavirus outbreak: Here's what Yasmin Karachiwala, Pooja Makhija are doing in quarantine

As the nation went into a complete lockdown on March 24 to curb the spread of novel Coronavirus, fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala made sure that fitness buffs remain active. Karachiwala put up fitness videos and also mentioned that she had been in regular touch with actresses and encouraged them to remain fit and active

In a video shared on Instagram tha features actress Katrina Kaif and Karachiwala, the duo spoke about the ways one can stay fit, while at home. "Stay safe and be active if u can," Katrina wrote.

Katrina and Yasmin also shared workout videos from their respective homes in order to inspire everyone to not give up on exercise. Yasmin also shared a couple of Pilates exercises which could be done from home.

Celebrity nutritionist Pooja Makhija posted this picture with lemons and chillies and wrote, "If only this age old Indian tradition could save us from evil viruses among other evils. Let’s call this #throwbackthursday cause I’ve lost track of days."

The celebrity nutritionist did not let her work suffer amid lockdown and e-consulted Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone. Deepika Padukone was seen smiling as she sipped a glass of juice. "In other news, Social distancing with nutrition uncompromised," she wrote.

Pooja Makhija discussed nutrition in the times of social distancing with Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Kapoor over a video call. She wrote, "To eat what you get or to get what you eat. Conversations, laughs and gyan exchange in the days of social distancing with my darlings @shahidkapoor @mira.kapoorTake care my lovely people.Stay strong. Stay informed. Stay home."

Makhija encouraged everyone to stay home and she also shared how she got back to her work schedule by wearing work outfit instead of comfortable pyjamas. She wrote, "We will get through this. We will. Your mindset is the key thing that will determine how you and your loved ones will."

The nutritionsit posted a throwback picture where she was seen having fun at a beach in white top and striped shorts. She gave it an interesting caption and wrote, "Visiting memories till the time to make more return."

Fitness expert Deanne Panday posted this picture of her stricking a pose under a tree. She also explained how to make the pose.

Celebrity dietician Rujuta Diwekar curated a week-long quarantine diet plan where she included a whole lot of grains, pulses, millets and spices. She also posted a video where she explained how much food should one eat in a day.

Rujuta Diwekar posted this picture where she seen working on a laptop and shared the golden tips for everyone who was working from home amid lockown. She said, "Fix your work space and don’t work from dining table or the bed," "For every 30 mins of sitting, stand for atleast 3 mins," "Fix a workout hour, don’t postpone it."

The fitness expert posted a picture with a cup of tea in her hand as she shared five ways to make the most of 'Stay at home'. She mentioned about Time, discipline, learning, food and relationships.

Yoga expert Anshuka Parwani struck a pose against a wall and also challenged her followers to try the same amid lockdown.

"Sending out love and positivity into the universe.Mother Earth... this is your time to heal," Anshuka wrote as she posed by a beach.

Zumba expert and coach Sucheta Pal posted a picture of her taking virtual Zumba classes post lockdown.
