Amy Billimoria has a special connect with nature and tries to reduce wastage as much as possible. She uses old, recyclable fabric to create fashionable clothing. She said, 'Re-use, reduce, recycle has always been the core of my designing forte. It's been 20 years since I have been showcasing my collection and the theme always has been to spread awareness on eco-fashion.'

About designing Amy Billimoria said, 'Designing to me is a form of inner expression, it gives me a sense of fulfilment and channels my creative energies. I have been lucky to have successfully managed work and family life all these years. I believe time management is the key to this balance. If imbibed properly, it can be used to go a long way. I have personally benefited from it.'

Apart from fashion designing, Amy Billimoria likes to pamper herself amidst nature and her pets at her farmhouse. She loves riding too, so she spends quality family time with her daughter and her horses at Karjat. Amy Billimoria also loves to read and play the piano
