As per the latest guidelines, restaurants in Mumbai are allowed to remain open for dine-in during all days of the week till 4 pm. With the new relaxations being implemented, restaurants are choosing to cautiously re-open across the city with safety measures in place. It finally gives Mumbaikars, who have been stuck at home for months during weekends to step out and indulge in food on a lazy Sunday. KOKO has launched an all-new Sakura Sunday brunch. Take your pick from the live dim sum station which will have steaming favourites including Sriracha Snapper Dumpling, Iberico Pork Dumpling, and Truffle Edamame Dumpling. The noodle and live wonton bar has dishes like freshly prepared Hong Yu Wontons and Shanghai Hong Yu La Mian. There will also be plenty of vegetarian options including Chilli Tempura Roll and Kappa Avocado Roll, in addition to the KOKO Signature Roll, Wild Salmon Truffle Roll, and Hamachi Carpaccio. The drinks menu includes creative cocktails such as the Sakura Sour, which is a mix of Sake, Bombay Sapphire and in-house peach liqueur; the innovative Ryukyu Life has KaidoSochu, Martini Bianco, in-house blue pea tea cordial and Suze. Six-course brunch
Tori is known for serving innovative Latin-Asian fare and is definitely worth a try. This Sunday, they are hosting a six-course brunch menu paired with an array of carefully curated Tanqueray cocktails. Patrons can start off with some sushi and bao, choosing from Vegan Tuna, Prawn Tempura Maki, Cottage Cheese Slider, and Tori Beef Slider. The small plates include Tori Edamame, Parmesan Churros, Jerk Chicken Wings, XO Shrimp, Chicken Empanadas, among others. The main course will include favourites such as Thai Tofu Green Curry, Shrimp Pad Krapow, and Bang Bang Paneer. If you're a fan of desserts, don't forget to indulge in some Matcha Cheesecake or the Tori 5 textures Chocolate Cake. Experimental food and cocktails
If you prefer a more sit-down relaxed setting, The Table has resumed hosting its a-la-carte brunch every Sunday. Their exhaustive global inspired menu includes a vast range of salads, eggs, breakfast favourites, and main dishes. Expect to find everything from a Pink Grapefruit and Avocado Salad (INR 875), and Ricotta Pancakes (Rs 700), to Miso Crab Omelette (Rs 1000). Their specialties include Spicy Norwegian Salmon Tartate (Rs 950), Butter Garlic Crab (Rs 950), and Truffle Soft Scrambled Eggs on Toast (Rs 900). They serve a variety of experimental cocktails including Mezcal Sour (Rs 975) with homemade mezcal, Jamun Club (Rs 975) with Samsara Gin and house-made jamun puree, and their signature twist on the gimlet, the Table Gimlet (Rs 975) with Russian Standard, saffron and green apple cordial and orange bitters.

Indian culinary diversity
Seven Kitchens is hosting an Independence Day Brunch this Sunday. Curated by Chef Dane Fernandes, the brunch will include a variety of statement dishes from different Indian states, with a modern flair. Guests can indulge in delicacies such as Tamatar ka shorba, Murg Dhaniya, Bhuna Gosht, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani and Pinde Chole, Komdhicha Rasa, Mutton Sukkha, Batatyachi Bhaji, and Masale Bhaat among others. Lovers of street food can make the most of the live station serving favourites ragda patty, sev batata, dahi puri, vada pav, and golgappe.
