A time for Thanksgiving

Celebrate the festival of Thanksgiving by visiting city eateries and sampling their range of seasonal delicacies including the traditional Turkey Roast


The American festival of Thanksgiving is celebrated in Pune as well. Here's your chance to celebrate, eat and be merry with friends and family by visiting hotels and cafés across the city.


Traditional Thanksgiving Turkey

The Hard Rock Café has come up with a special Thanksgiving menu which features special dishes ranging from Roasted Chicken to pumpkin delicacies. The dishes have been made by culinary experts.

Chef Amay Marathe from Hard Rock Café said, "For Thanksgiving Day we have set a vegetarian and non-vegetarian combo. The salad for both will be the same - Roma Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella - and the highlight will be the Turkey Platter and the Turkey Jus which is popular among patrons."

Hotel Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond has also came up with a special menu and will also be presenting gift hampers as a token of u00a0thanksgiving.
Chef Sachin Joshi from Vivanta Hotel Blue Diamond said that there will be a traditional buffet for Thanksgiving.

"The special dishes will be Turkey Roast Lamb, Turkey Roast with Gravy and Sweet Potato," he said. The Westin Hotel at Koregaon Park has also come up with a special Thanksgiving Dinner buffet.

There will be a special welcome ceremony and cocktails. Certain entertainment activities will also be organised to involve kids as well as parents. Photo mementoes will also be presented to the guests as send-off gifts. The menu will feature a special spread of Antipasti, a Turkey live station and desserts prepared by the chef.

On November 25, Westin Hotel, Koregaon Park; November 22, Vivanta Hotel Blue Diamond, Koregaon Park; November 21, 22 and 25, Hard Rock Café, Koregaon Park.
