Like your chilled glass of beer? Now, thanks to these delicious craft beer popsicles, you can eat it too.
Available at The White Owl, the popsicles are made out of the brewpub's Ace beer - a French Apple Cider with mild apple champagne flavours.
The cider is mixed with sugar syrup and frozen; it is then served on a bed of butter cookie crumble, which lends it a savoury, textured crunch. This beer on a stick wins our vote.
