Sign up for an interesting way to understand more about the art and science of coffee at a workshop at a Bandra café. The first in a series of several sessions, participants will be able to make their own cuppa using four different techniques.
Start the first half of the workshop by tasting four samples of coffee with different flavour profiles. You not only get to choose the one you like best but also learn how to brew it using four different techniques - iced chemex, aeropress, syphon and french press.
Hartej Sawhney, a team member from the organisers Roasted Today explains, "We are going to break down what makes coffee so decidedly delicious that people can take their relationship with the bean to the next level." End the day by leaving with a free bag of freshly roasted coffee.
