The red masala is made using garam masala, garlic and Kashmiri chillies; the white masala is made with cashew nuts, fresh cream and garlic, and the green is with chutney. Their seven-course thaal menu also includes the signature smoked mutton kheema samosas, white chicken biryani and a dessert.
