Find a reason to be thankful for and tuck into turkey and decadent pumpkin delights

Get high on nostalgia
Celebrate with a traditional turkey feast with a variety of accompaniments and fixings, including a gluten-free stuffing, mac 'n' cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean salad, teriyaki broccoli and garlic fried rice.

"The menu is a reflection of the Thanksgiving dinners we experienced while growing up in North America. Every home had staples like turkey, mashed potato and stuffing but put its own spin on it," reminisces executive chef Boo Kim (in pic), who would tuck into kimchi, tofu soup and rice cakes on this day while chef Kelvin Cheung's family would add roast duck, steamed whole fish and mochies to the table. The menu also features a bbq platter, and pumpkin and apple pies.

"The turkey sourced from America is meatier, larger and less gamey than the one sourced locally," says chef-partner Viraf Patel. For Thanksgiving, the team has also curated a special dine-in menu, including pumpkin risotto ('580), turkey roulade ('880) and sliced suckling pig ('980).
