As a city bar announces a novel way to woo patrons by introducing extra-large drinks, here are the largest and tallest servings for a definite high

As part of its XXXL Festival, Light House Café is offering cocktails and eats in mega sizes. Try the Beer Sangria, a three-litre drink that combines lager and wheat beer with liquers and fresh fruits and vegetables such as pomegranate, cucumber, olive and spring onion. Another interesting pick is the 1.5-litre Coffee & Violin, a fun blend of chocolate and Irish stout beer. All their classic and signature drinks will be available in three sizes - 1.5, 2.5 and 5 litres - or you could also opt for a 5-litre beer keg.

Served in a mammoth treasure chest, the drink can be shared by six and combines five spirits with pineapple, apple and orange juice, finished with a bottle of sparkling wine. The chest even comes with sparklers on the side to make your celebration all the more glittery.

While at Asado, you could also try the Soul Sacrifice, which brings together dark rum, brandy, tequila and a dash of vintage port, all blended with fruit juice and almond syrup. This is served in a two-foot-tall pyramid.

The Jungle Juice is part of the sharing bowl cocktail menu at 145. The potent drink brings together four white spirits, blue citrus liqueur, orange, pineapple and apple juice, lime and fresh cut fruits. The sharing menu also features other inviting alternatives like the Whiskey Bowl (whiskey, strawberry and orange) and The Gin Spin (gin with cucumber, kaffir lime, lime juice and tea, splashed with Sprite).
