The owners roped in Shabnam Gupta, principal designer at The Orange Lane to transform the space into an edgy, green industrial haven, complete with bright, blue-and-yellow upholstery and potted plants. "We've designed a cement fabricated tunnel seating, along with Kavlu (Aztec design) wall installation and artworks to make it adventurous," says Gupta.

The menu, helmed by executive chef Kshama Prabhu and Gaurav Gidwani (food and beverage director), packs in 165 dishes across cuisines, including some of their signature offerings along with additions. You can pick from Sausage Poutine and Kerala Chicken to pizzas, pastas, risottos and pre-plated meals like Jerk Chicken and Nasi Goreng.

"We have incorporated local flavours, international favourites and married some unusual flavour profiles to suit the experiential palate. Attention has been paid to Indo-fusion and we've taken everyday Mumbai eats like Misal Pav and Chhole Kulche to turn them into gourmet bar eats. Soon, we're also launching our weekly specials available only on request, paired with a new cocktail menu," says Prabhu. Plus, watch out for a new lunch and brunch menu.
