Wimbledon 2018 is over, but strawberries have not gone out of style. This strawberry pouch is a cover for a synthetic bag, which has become a go-to accessory this monsoon, thanks to the plastic ban. The light carry along, with its cheery red and green design and little white dots opens into a decently sized bag.
The bag is strong and can hold books, a few groceries, knick knacks, and whatever else you wish to carry when you are on the go. It brings an amused smile to patrons in stores, like it did to this writer, who seeing the tote emerging from the strawberry, like a genie from a lamp. Compact and cute, it's a mood-lifter that puts some fruity fun into the most banal buys.
At: Krishna Collection, Government Colony, Bandra East.
Cost: Rs 30 (strawberry bag)
