They say the grass is always greener on the other side. Let's face it, that might not always be the case, unless you make an effort to do so. To make your decision easier, a sapling drive is being organised by National Society of the Friends of Trees and the Rotary Club of Bombay Seacoast, where you can pick up saplings, for free.
Choose between varieties that include Laburnum, Parijatak, Bael and Sonchampa. Every tree sapling provided will be 4 to 5 feet tall. The plants have been brought all the way from Vadodara - not a bad way to go green and healthy, we think.
And what better way to take charge of the monsoon than by making a difference?
