A newly introduced three-week class takes inspiration from American acting methods and might be the ideal stepping stone for budding film, television and theatre actors. The workshop offers the opportunity to learn how to create multi-dimensional characters and hone one's acting skills through psychological, intellectual, physical and spiritual training.
The workshop looks at letting go of one's emotional inhibitions and conditioning, and helps participants be more open on stage. With an emphasis on making young actors realise the importance of "doing" or the action involved, there will be emphasis on removing the negativity, consciousness and anxiety that could emerge in budding actors.

"I want to help align the mind-body relationship so that actors focus solely on their skills, which in turn will make them more confident and transparent while acting," the conductor Ashwin Agrawal explains.
