Book-themed jewellery and collectibles by The Bookish Pandora
We all have that one bibliophile friend who, when not curled up with a title, can be found quoting from their favourite works, or is always on the lookout for book-related merchandise. The Bookish Pandora is an online store that caters to such fans, with a range of literature-inspired handcrafted jewellery, bookmarks and miniature collectibles.
Think vintage pendants bearing wise words by Severus Snape, a âfaith, trust and pixie dust' necklace borrowed from Peter Pan, an Emily Bronte-inspired statement ring or a Perks of Being a Wallflower-themed brooch. Founder Rupashri, who works in the oil and gas sector, tells us that the online store has roots in her memories of her grandmother crafting clay utensils. "In the beginning, I would make miniatures with polymer clay. Then, someone noticed my work and introduced me to the world of âbookstagram' and bookish jewellery, and that's how I started off," she shares.
The collection also has quirky home decor pieces such as a shadowbox with 12 miniature books bearing hand-written quotes and illustrations, and mini bookshelves. Booked?
