Did you know that the man whom we call the Father of Indian Civil Aviation, was once just a boy who wanted to fly? JRD Tata was inspired by French aviator Adolphe Pégoud, whose smooth plane landing in France's Hardelot beach was all it took to ignite a spark in the 15-year-old boy.
Join author Lavanya Karthik, whose book The Boy Who Wanted to Fly, lists lesser-known facts about the Bharat Ratna and Padma Vibhushan awardee, as she quizzes participants about one of modern India's greatest visionaries. Hosted by Qshala, Little JRD's Big Adventures is a Sunday family quiz and games session that will mark JRD Tata's 119th birth anniversary. This will be hosted online, and the winners of the quiz will stand a chance to win exciting rewards, including Karthik's novel.
