In these times, it can get hard to keep children engaged and entertained, harder even to veer them off their devices, screens and the couch. This is where Kleinetics steps in, a fitness programme that is designed to be fun, interactive and customisable to kids' individual needs. Using game mechanics and principles of functional movements, sessions are curated to target multiple muscle groups in the body, to help children perform efficiently in everyday tasks and sports too.
Till July 31, the platform has organised a series of free trial Zoom workout sessions that incorporate movements from several disciplines like kickboxing, dance, yoga, marathon training, Tabata and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Each session is 45 minutes long, and promises to remain interactive throughout, where attendees can engage with one another during the exercises. For children and teens keen to pursue this interactive programme, all they need is a steady Internet connection and a bottle of water at hand, to stay hydrated.
