With most people juggling long WFH hours, numerous household chores, the stress of being confined indoors all day and their anxieties about the virus, the importance of self-care is more important now, than ever before. This is why an upcoming yoga workshop, which aims to teach participants to de-stress, can help. Conducted by fitness instructor Garima Kohli, the workshop welcomes participants of all fitness levels.
"We have multiple sessions to limit the number of participants per session and ensure personalised attention," says Prankur Arora, founder of Thought Sutra, an AI-led creative arts platform that will host the session. Participants will learn sookshma kriyas, asanas with breath control, pranayama and mudras, to strengthen and tone, improve flexibility, release tension, and establish a healing mind-body connection.
