As #NoPlasticJuly comes to an end, the community space Dialogues with Sustainability is continuing the conversation, with their How Plastic Free Was Your July sessions for the rest of the year. To this effect, they're hosting a talk this Sunday.
The 90-minute free virtual session will tackle the pitfalls of discarding plastic, by keeping current lifestyles and practices at the fore while searching for viable alternative solutions.

"Sustainability has been one of our newer areas of interest. We know that Plastic Free July is a global movement, but what after that? What are the things that we have learnt during this month that we can carry forward in the future? Plastic is a huge part of all of our lives, but how much of it can we say no to and repurpose? We wanted this to be a conversation starter and investigate what these things mean in the larger context for the planet," says Shruti Parthasarathy, curator at Dialogues with Sustainability.
