Mumbai Crime: Tollywood actress Shwetha Kumari arrested in drugs case

Tollywood actress Shwetha Kumari was arrested on Monday in connection with the seizure of 400 gram Mephedrone (MD) during a raid at Crown Business Hotel at Mira-Bhayander on Saturday, said Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials.

The 27-year-old actress is a resident of Hyderabad.

"The NCB has arrested Shwetha Kumari in the drug seizure case. Further investigation is on," said NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede.

NCB is also investigating the money trail in seizure cases of inter-state drug syndicate.
