The police have zeroed down on four prime suspects involved in the killing of Beena Dedhia, who was fatally stabbed during her morning walk in Parel on Tuesday morning.
The police named the four suspects Ramchandra Sonane, Ronald Anthony Pereira, Chandrakant Patil and Prashant Vaidya in an internal circular and asked all 86 police stations in the city to look out for them.

According to police records, Sonane and Pereira have chain-snatching cases registered against them at RAK Marg, Sewri and Wadala police stations, while Patil and Vaidya, who are from Mahim, were seen in Parel prior to the attack on Dedhia.
Special branch officers are investigating details about their associates, who could be operating on the streets of Mumbai.
The Modus Operandi Branch part of the Crime Branch will provide city cops with data on the suspects involved in similar offences in areas in and around Parel.
All senior inspectors of the 86 police stations in the city have been asked to interrogate all chain snatchers for more clues.
Some police stations have formed special squads to nab the culprits,said a police source. Additional Commissioner of Police (central region) Sadanand Date refused to comment.
