Samajwadi Party's general secretary Amar Singh will meet NCP Chief Sharad Pawar in Delhi today for a likely SP-NCP alliance.
Singh in a press conference in Mumbai yesterday,said that Pawar was the only person who approach for an allaince with SP.
"Apart from NCP no other party has approached us for an alliance," said a party leader.
According to an insider the alliance is confirmed, today's meeting is a just a formality where the seat sharing will be decided.

Abu Azmi the state president for the SP has been nominated as the party candidate from the north-west Mumbai constituency.
"I am not contesting against the congress MP Priya Dutt, her constituency is north-central Mumbai (Bandra) whereas I will be contesting from the north-west Mumbai (Andheri to Goregaon)," said Azmi.
