police station on January 30, accusing him of physical and mental torture. Adnan was summoned to the police station and warned against misbehaving. Saba said their troubles began after they remarried in 2008.
She had earlier approached the high court, seeking to keep Adnan away from her five flats in Andheri, which he allegedly gifted her when they got married.
According to Saba's petition filed in the Bombay high court, she did not want Adnan and his parents to live with her since the marriage is on the rocks. The court rejected the application on the grounds that it was a personal dispute and directed them tou00a0 the family court.
On February 24, Saba registered another non-cognizable complaint against Adnan alleging that he was trying to make a duplicate key for the bedroom. In 2001, Adnan married Dubai-based Saba, but they parted ways a year and a half later. In 2008, Saba returned to Mumbai and the couple remarried.
