The past few days were like a dream, but now it's back to real life for Ashutosh Lobo-Gajiwala. And that reality

for the 15-year-old, who played the teen Salim in Slumdog Millionaire, is studying for his Std X Board exams, which begin on Monday.


A tired Ashutosh, a student of Campion School, Colaba, reached home yesterday along with the film's other kids. "I want to be an automobile engineer and will ensure that I score more than 90 per cent," he said, after deciding to study at least 16 hours every day.

His mother and school teachers will help him with the revision of chapters that he may have missed, while he was busy in the US. Ashutosh's father Dr Kalpesh Gajiwala said, "All this attention has been a huge distraction."u00a0

Similarly Mohammad Azharuddin, who has played the youngest Salim, too wants to study. "I want to study, so I can be successful," he said.

In fact, Danny Boyle, has establishing a trust fund for him and Rubina Ali.
