Paramount Airways from Chennai jetted to the bottom of the worst on-time performance list with a 16% cancellation (avg should be 1.7%)
It started off well. In May, Chennai-based Paramount Airways (PA) and Air India recorded the best and worst on-time performance 89 and 74.2 per cent respectively.

In June it changed. PA cancelled 16 per cent flights, way above the industry average of 1.75 per cent.
On Time: Air India recorded corded the least number of cancellations among full-fare airlines in May. |
