Income Tax (I-T) officials yesterday morning raided Lilavati hospital in connection with suspected financial irregularities.

IT sleuths swooped over 25 different sections of the hospital, including residences of all the trustees of the Lilavati Trust. The raids began around 7 am. Around 60 employees were questioned on the hospital premises.

Lilavati Hospital was raided by the Income Tax officials in connection with suspected financial irregularities.

Documents related to Information Technology, accounts, purchase, stocks, reception and billing departments have been seized for scrutiny. Mobile phones of the trustees were also impounded for investigations.
