The Lalbaugcha Raja, Mumbai's most popular Ganesh Pandal, amassed a collection of Rs 52 lakh on the second day of Ganeshotsav.

The total collection from the first two days has already touched Rs 1.01 crore.
The first day's collections amounted to Rs 49 lakh. It's not just money but letters from grateful well-wishing devotees that are pouring in too.

Most of them seem to be thanking the Lord for finding them a good life partner, home or bestowing them with good health.

The 30-feet tall idol has even received a few letters asking for divine intervention in acquiring high marks.
