MMRDA has received an overwhelming response to its e-tender inviting realty developers to buy 30,000 square meters of TDR in Goregaon and Jogeshwari
Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has received an overwhelming response to its e-tender inviting realty developers to buy 30,000 square meters of TDR in Goregaon and Jogeshwari.
In a press release sent to the media by MMRDA, it was stated that in all 14 companies have filed tender documents to buy transferable development rights generated from slum rehabilitation projects at CTS.No.257D (Nirlon Plot-10,574.76 sq. m. TDR), CTS.No.223A (NESCO Plot-9,970.49 sq. m. TDR) both at Goregaon and CTS.No.50(pt), 51(pt) and 52(pt) (Ajgaonkar Plot-9,454.75 sq. m. TDR) at Jogeshwari.
The companies that have filed tender documents are - M/s.Saroj Landmark Realty LLP, M/s.Kunal Realtors, M/s.Aristo Realty Developers Ltd., M/s. Bhoomi Construwell Pvt.Ltd., M/s.Spade Realtors, M/s.Sapphire Land Development Pvt.Ltd., M/s.Aakash Universal Ltd., M/s.Valji Sejpal & Co., M/s.Steel Plant Pvt.Ltd., M/s.Streamline finance & Investment Pvt.Ltd., M/s.Blue Diamond Construction Company, M/s.Oberoi Realty Ltd., M/s.Oberoi Realty Ltd.No.2 and M/s.Oberoi realty Ltd.3.
The financial bids will be opened on June 25, 2015 and after the evaluation of the same winning bidders would be announced.
