According to S S Zende, chief executive officer, MHADA, "For MIG, the carpet area can go up to 600 sq ft, so in this we can have a 2-BHK flat easily. For the next lottery, we will have 2-BHK flats for MIG too." Currently, in MIG, only 1-BHK flats are available in Mumbai.
