Mumbai cops nab two on burglary charge

A team of Mumbai police alongwith their Jharkhand counterparts today nabbed two men accused of decamping with cash and jewellery worth Rs 60 lakh from their employers house in the metropolis.


A team of Mumbai police alongwith their Jharkhand counterparts today nabbed two men accused of decamping with cash and jewellery worth Rs 60 lakh from their employers house in the metropolis.

Rajendra Kumar Rai and Bhola Das, hailing from Giridih's Bangaro village under Deori police station area, were apprehended by a three-member Mumbai police team accompanied by Jharkhand cops.

The police team was on trail to Giridih following complaint of a Mumbai resident R Parekh, who alleged the duo decamped with the amount while working in their house.

The cash was recovered and the men would be produced before a local court tomorrow
