United States today said Pakistan needs to do more with regard to bringing to justice the people responsible for Mumbai terrorist attack, which killed 183 people, including several American nationals.
The State Department Acting Spokesman Robert Wood told reporters that "more can be done" by Pakistan when it comes to the issues related to Mumbai terrorist attack.
"Well, I think overall our assessment has been that Pakistan has been providing some helpful information, but clearly, you know, more can be done," Wood said in response to a question.
"What's critical here is that we do everything in our power to try to bring the folks who were responsible for those attacks to justice," Wood said.

The Mumbai terrorist attack is expected to figure between the Foreign Secretary Menon and the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, when the two meet at State Department headquarters later today.
"Certainly, the Secretary's going to want to hear from the Foreign Secretary about how things are progressing with regard to the Mumbai investigation, but, you know, I can't guarantee that that will come up. I certainly expect that it would, and we'll be very interested to hearing how things are going on that front," Wood added.
